Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We encourage customers to be certain of their choice before making a purchase. Please feel free to contact us for scent consultations or any questions you may have before you buy.
Damaged Goods
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will assess the situation and may offer an exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
For an exchange to be considered for a damaged item, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
All items are non-returnable. This includes perfumes, gift sets, attars, and body sprays.
