Refund Policy

General Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been sold.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include an exchange for the same item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@aromalux.com and visit our store with the product.
